Physical fitness is an integral part of our curriculum. Students have to participate in school sports to increase confidence, mental alertness, and self-esteem. Sports are important in schools because it helps to teach various skills to students like leadership, patience, patience, team efforts, and social skills.
At Sanskara we offer both indoor as well as outdoor sports facilities. Physical Education classes are incorporated into the curriculum to ensure that students remain physically active and healthy.

Extra-Curricular Activities
As an integral part of our curriculum, we have extra-curricular activities integrated along with our regular classes.
Karate:
The purpose of Traditional Karate is to develop well-balanced mind and body, through training in fighting techniques.
Kalaripayattu:
This provides a better understanding of body alignment, improved reflexes, greater balance, higher flexibility, and increased strength.
Yoga:
Yoga is a mind and body practice that can build strength and flexibility. It may also help manage pain and reduce stress.
